The Ingredients:

  • 1 medium-sized head of cauliflower, cut into florets

  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour (or gluten-free flour for a gluten-free version)

  • 1 cup of plant-based milk (such as almond or soy milk)

  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon of paprika

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 3/4 cup of buffalo sauce

  • Optional dipping sauces: ranch, blue cheese, spicy ranch, etc.


The Method:

  1. Carefully cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, plant-based milk, and seasonings. Stir until you have a smooth, thick batter.

  3. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring they are evenly coated.

  4. Roll each floret in the breadcrumbs until evenly coated.

  5. Spray your air fryer with non-stick oil and air fry on 350°F for 10 minutes.
